1 DAY :

Flıght from Istanbul to Diyarbakir. Dinner with special cuisine of liver. Accommodation in Diyarbakir.

2 DAY :

From Diyarbakir to Urfa and Harran. Accommodation in local homes and home-made cooking.


3 DAY :
Deyrulzafaran Monastery in Mardin. Coppersmiths market and ceramic handicraft workshop in Hasankeyf.

4 DAY :
Bitlis. Famous büryan kebab (whole sheep fired underground).  Accommodation in Tatvan.

5 DAY :

Van. Van's famous fish, Pearl Mullet, Herbal cheese making and local cuisine in village houses. Accommodation in hotel.


6 DAY :
Dogubayazit. Famous local Abdigor Meatballs and Ashura pudding (Noah’s Puding). Pleasant accommodation in village house.

7 DAY :

Diyadin thermal hotel accommodation, roasted lamb and folklore show.

8 DAY :

Mount Ararat, Eli Village Shepherd’s food on 2200 m. Accommodation in village house on Mount Ararat.


9 DAY :
Kars and Ani local cuisine in nomads’ cave house. Hotel accommodation in the highlands.

10 DAY :

Departure flight from Kars to Istanbul.
